Please note that actual delivery times may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, etc.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: $2.99
• Expedited Shipping: $4.99
• International Shipping: Fees range from $6.8 to $15.5 depending on the destination.

For orders over $40, we offer free standard shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package in real-time. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our customer service team.

5. Return & Exchange Shipping Policy

If you encounter any issues during shipping (such as damaged or lost packages), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a return or exchange.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following country/region: United States. For areas not within our shipping range, we are unable to provide delivery services at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
